Ear infections are common in childhood, but when they become frequent or persistent, they can affect hearing and speech development. We diagnose and treat recurrent acute otitis media and chronic middle-ear fluid. When appropriate, we perform tympanostomy (ear tube placement) to ventilate the middle ear, reduce infections, and improve hearing. We also care for adult ear conditions, including eardrum perforations, chronic infections, and hearing loss.

The tonsils and adenoids are part of the body’s immune system, but they can sometimes contribute to illness or airway problems. We evaluate and treat chronic tonsillitis, recurrent strep infections, and tonsillar or adenoidal enlargement that causes snoring, sleep disruption, or breathing difficulty. When needed, we perform tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy to reduce infections and improve quality of life.

Sleep apnea is a serious condition that affects cardiovascular health, daytime energy, and overall well-being. CPAP remains the first-line treatment, but it is not the right option for everyone. For patients who cannot tolerate CPAP or have specific anatomical causes of obstruction, we offer surgical evaluation and treatment. This includes correcting nasal obstruction and advanced procedures such as hypoglossal nerve stimulator implantation.

A chronically stuffy nose is not always an allergy problem—structural issues are common. The septum is the wall of cartilage and bone that divides the nasal cavity. When it is significantly deviated, airflow can be blocked. We perform septoplasty and turbinate reduction to open the nasal passages and improve breathing day and night.

For patients with chronic sinusitis or environmental allergies, we offer thorough evaluation and evidence-based treatment. Our services include allergy testing to identify triggers and immunotherapy (allergy shots) to help desensitize the immune system and reduce symptoms over time.

The sinuses are air-filled cavities within the bones of the face and skull. Their mucous membranes keep the nose and sinuses moist while trapping dust, bacteria, and pollutants. Healthy sinuses drain continuously; when drainage is blocked, inflammation or infection can develop. We specialize in diagnosing and treating these conditions to restore healthy sinus function.

We offer specialized surgical care for thyroid and parathyroid disorders. For patients with thyroid nodules, goiter, thyroid cancer, or hyperparathyroidism, we work closely with your endocrinologist to ensure coordinated care. We perform thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy with a focus on preserving nerve function and achieving safe, effective removal of benign or malignant disease.
